At Cre8tive, office refurbishment projects can cover quite a wide range of activities and the term means different things to different people. If the office in question is fairly small, then a general redecoration may suffice, which we can carry out using our regular contractors. A small office with a limited budget can be something of a challenge, although we can suggest ideas to change the look and feel of the office even if it is quite small. We are always happy to carry out as much or as little work as the customer requires; we value all size of projects.

Larger projects require tighter control in terms of the legal requirements set by Building Regulations and the CDM regulations which relate to the Health and Safety required to run refurbishment projects. This usually means more paperwork as we follow the same basic principles regardless of the size of the work. Cre8tive acts as Principle Contractor on larger projects which actually protects the client as well as ensuring the project is run in accordance to the legal requirements.

What is Included in an Office Refurbishment Project?

Within refurbishment projects, we include space planning and design, stripping out works, electrical work, lighting and lighting design, CAT 5 or CAT6 data cabling, flooring, kitchens, partitioning, so office partitioning, demountable partitioning, fire rated partitioning, office furniture, office desk accessories, office plants, operable walls, storage wall, reception counters, air conditioning and ventilation, mezzanine floors, decoration, suspended ceilings, toilet refurbishments, project management, CDM work, Building Regulations and, last but not least, sound advice.

We cover mainly the Wiltshire area as it easier to manage projects closer to home, but have projects in Somerset, Gloucester, Milton Keynes, Reading and Birmingham.
