Air Conditioning Systems and Servicing

Cre8tive supplies and installs new air conditioning and ventilation systems. However, once installed we then offer a yearly maintenance plan to look after the equipment. We generally install Daikin, LG and Fujitsu equipment and can maintain other makes. Some of the lesser know brands are cheap to install, but expensive to move or maintain.

We are actively looking to add to our list of customers to whom we provide a yearly maintenance plan, so even if your equipment is a few years old then we would be happy to take a look.

Our fitters are also Daikin D1 registered installers and so can undetake most situations and maintenance contracts.

We cover a 1.5 hour drive from Devizes; larger projects we will always look at. Our standard cost starts from £85 +VAT per unit, and unlike some companies this is not just a filter clean, but a full system test.

Ventilation systems are needed for offices, and also a requirement for Building Regulations. Whenever we fit a mezzanine floor, fresh air ventilation is one item that needs to be provided and the best way to do this without going to a massive air conditioning system is to use VAM unit. We have produced a video that explains what ventilation is, and may of our projects have them.

Although air conditioning and ventilation are not our core business, we have been able to resolve some problems and issues for various customers over the years. This is even where they had been advised by specialist air conditioning companies that nothing could be be done, or problems could not be solved without major replacement and we have managed to solve the issue.

One project for example, for Alliance Pharmaceutical in Chippenham, was where an air conditioning company who installed the system, and maintained it could not find the issue with the system. We discovered a leak and managed to get the system working properly.

We also managed to provide a replacement air handling unit from the USA, photo on the right, whereas other air conditioning companies just tried to charge the customer a high price for the replacement.
